I am composing various works mainly on classical music, such as choral works (Latin text), orchestral and chamber music works.
1956 Born in OSAKA (Japan).
Graduated Composition Department in Faculty of Music, Kyoto City University of Arts. Studied under Mr Ryohei HIROSE (1930 - 2008) . Awarded Kyoto Association of Music Award.
1980 Elected as a trainee under the domestic study program for upcoming artists of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and studied in Tokyo.
1982 Started professional composing full time.
Published numerous musical compositions at the request of classical musicians. Also held two recitals of own works.
1998 Composed the official music for Nagano Winter Olympic Games, " Winter flame " .
From 2005 to the present, have hosted yearly " Memorial Concerts " in Kobe City dedicated to the victim of Great Hanshin Earthquake.
In 2008 launched a project called " Requiem Project " to memorize the victim of disasters and to pray for peace and hope which continues up until now.
Since 2010, started hosting numerous musical activity is now spreading to wide areas such as Kobe, Tokyo, Sayo-cho in Hyogo, Okinawa, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Fukushima, Minami-Soma in Fukushima, Sendai, Northern Iwate, Kesennuma in Miyagi. Also, its activities are expanding abroad, such as Prague (2012), Vienna (2014), Status Civitatis Vaticanae (2016), Assisi and Florence (2016).
The following Latin text choral piece has been published by ZEN-ON Music Company. Both are works for mixed chorus (S. A. T. B).
